Demon International Ltd have developed a revolutionary new rotary floor tool, which will enable operators to clean floors with hot water up to 120°C. Until now this type of floor tool was generally limited to 80°C and was not as effective at removing stubborn oil and grease as it could be. Following extensive testing Demon has developed the design of the Rotowash so that the bearings do not come into contact with the water, which has enabled the use of hotter water to increase oil and grease removal. Spinning at speeds up to 2000rpm means thorough cleaning and high productivity rates. The unique Rotowash is hexagonal in shape. This novel feature enables the operator to choose a flat side on his left or right or the front or back of the floor tool. The clever, but simple design enables the handle to be changed over in seconds from one position to the other enabling cleaning to be carried out right up the edge on an obstruction. Almost silent in operation the Rotowash glides effortlessly over any surface thanks to grey non-marking rubber wheels. The industrial brush seal is 50mm deep and keeps all the over spray inside the deck, as the seal wears spacers can be removed to keep the brush in contact with the floor. Transportation of the Rotowash is also unique in that the handle simply unclips from the deck in seconds along with the hose, which is also retained using a quick release mechanism. Finish cleaning and 30 seconds later Rotowash is ready to be loaded into your car or van.
